Christmas in the Nettles will be held on Sunday, December 4, 2022 from 4:30 - 7:00 pm. The event will kick off with a parade and conclude with fireworks. Music, cookies, cocoa, and a basket raffle will be hosted at the fire house. Anyone willing to make cookies, please deliver them to the firehouse on the afternoon of Dec. 4.
If you would like to donate a basket for the raffle, please deliver to the village office the week leading up to the event. Monetary donations can be directed to PO Box 904, Oriskany, NY 13424. Any questions, please call the village office at 315-736-3512 to be put in touch with a committee member.

The following streets in the Village of Oriskany will be closed from 4:15-7:30 p.m. on Sunday, December 4, 2022 for Christmas in the Nettles:
Utica Street (from Charlotte St to Ridge Rd)
Main Street (from Charlotte St to Marino St)
Green Street (all)
Miller Street (from Green St to Lansing St)
Valley Road (DPW to Utica St)
River Street (from Orchard St to Utica St)
In the event you may need to enter or exit any of the above streets, please contact any of our police officers who will be available to assist. A parade on Utica Street will begin around 4:30 p.m. The evening will conclude with a bonfire and fireworks at 7:00 p.m.
