The Village of Oriskany will hold village elections on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 for the expiring terms of the following positions: two (2) village board seats (both four-year terms).  Nominating petitions can be picked up at the village office starting Wednesday, December 31, 2025. Christmas in the Nettles will be held on Sunday, December 7, 2025 from 4:30 - 7:00 pm. The event will kick off with a parade and conclude with fireworks, plus music, cookies, cocoa, and a basket raffle at the firehouse. Cookie donations are appreciated. Anyone willing to make cookies, please deliver them to the firehouse after 10:30 am on the day of the event.   If you would like to donate a basket for the raffle, please deliver it to the village office the week leading up to
