Oriskany Summer Program

The Village of Oriskany Summer Recreation Program is a schedule of activities designed for Oriskany Central School students ages 5-12. The program offers daily supervised outdoor activities at N. A. Walbran Elementary School, as well as excursions to local attractions like the Utica Zoo, Marquee Cinemas, and Delta Lake State Park.

The program has been a community staple since at least 1958, teaching multiple generations teamwork, good sportsmanship, and even how to swim. Program activities are scheduled at the beginning of the season and field trip availability may vary year to year.

The program typically runs from the first Wednesday in July to the third Friday in August. During that time, activities are available weekdays from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm.

For the latest information or any weather related schedule changes, please talk to the program director on-site.
