In March 2021, the Oriskany Police Department completed the NYS Police Reform and Reinvention Collaborative Plan after a series of community hearings and in conjunction with interested residents and the Village Board of Trustees. The resulting document is available below. Questions and comments are accepted at every village meeting on the second Tuesday of every month.

Based on the police reform meetings, a new personnel/department complaint form was created. (This is for concerns specifically about the Oriskany Police Department or its personnel and should not be confused with filing a police report.) The form is included below. Paper copies are also available from the village office or the police department. Completed forms should be submitted to the village office by mail, email, fax or in person to the address at the top of the form.
