Zoning Hearing on April 21, 2021

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Oriskany Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. in the back room of Oriskany Masonic Lodge #799 at 701 Utica St., Oriskany, NY to consider:

The application of Kenneth L. Brown of 8453 State Route 69, Oriskany, NY for a variance to extend an existing structure closer to the property line than prescribed in the village zoning code.

Due to pandemic restrictions, all attendees will be required to wear a face covering continuously over their nose and mouth and observe six foot social distancing. Attendees must strictly adhere to the above.
