Writer: Oriskany Village ClerkOriskany Village Clerk

The Village of Oriskany Police Reform plan has been submitted to New York State following a final hearing and subsequent approval by the Village Board of Trustees on Tuesday, March 16, 2021.

Though the police reform plan has been submitted, the process of community dialog on these matters is an ongoing process. Public comments and concerns will be heard each month during the village's regular board meeting. Questions, comments, and concerns can also be submitted in writing at any time by contacting the police chief or the village clerk.

Thank you to everyone who was involved in this process. We hope you will continue to join our efforts to make Oriskany a safe and welcoming community for all.
